About Yorkville

If you’re thinking of buying in Yorkville, you'll see me around this famous Toronto neighbourhood. I chose to live in Yorkville because of its proximity to shopping, entertainment, culture, transportation, world class hotels such as The Hazelton, Four Seasons and The Windsor Arms Hotel, and of course great food. Some of the world's finest shops such as Chanel, Tiffany's and Hermes can be found along Bloor Street's famed Mink Mile, and on Yorkville and Cumberland Avenues.

Have you ever gone on vacation and wondered where the locals eat? This is because they know the best spots. The same can be said for “Where do real estate agents live?”. We see homes and condos every day. That’s our job. It’s our job to know the ins and outs of all the neighbourhoods. So you know we are going to choose somewhere truly special to hang our hats at the end of the day. Yorkville, for me, is that special place.

Real Estate

If you are thinking of making Yorkville your next home, then you should know that Yorkville real estate is just awesome. Not that I’m biased or anything! If you are a hipster professional looking to buy a starter condo near work, a move-up buyer seeking more space, or an empty nester looking for a luxe address to downsize, Yorkville offers it all. I’d love to show you around my neighbourhood. And the best part is, you don’t need a car.

You can find everything from fully-renovated Victorians to restructured loft conversions, gleaming condo high-rises to luxury boutique condos. Thrown into this urban mix, are older, spacious condos, and co-ops, with some rental apartments, too. Yorkville happens to be home to some of Toronto’s most expensive condominiums, yet it is affordable if you know where to look. That’s where I can help. Buying a home or condo in Yorkville can be tricky to navigate. I live and breathe Yorkville real estate and I can help you find the right place for you.

The Neighbourhood

The Yorkville neighbourhood is a really diverse urban neighbourhood with a buzz and proximity to everything. People who live here are so proud of it, and it’s easy to see why. Yorkville is a swanky ‘hood’ that has absolutely everything you could want.

Yorkville is famous for its upscale restaurants, independent galleries, designer boutiques, luxury hotels, and fine food emporiums such as Eataly. Yorkville Village offers a distinguished variety of contemporary brands and unique boutiques in a vibrant and beautifully designed environment anchored by Whole Foods and a state of the art Equinox Fitness Club.

If you seek culture, the Yorkville neighbourhood has Canada’s largest museum and the fifth largest in North America, the Royal Ontario Museum, is located at the intersection of Bloor and Avenue Road. The area north of Bloor St. on Cumberland and Yorkville Avenues, contains petite streets with cafes, restaurants and specialty boutiques and resembles more of a European style district. Yorkville really has it all!
