  • Once you have selected a neighbourhood according to your criteria, we begin our home search together. Our role is to find the best possible home at the best price point and location. It is important that you see a number of homes before you make your final decision.

  • Your offer can be presented to the Sellers and the Seller’s agent in person or by email. In high-demand, low-inventory areas, you may find yourself bidding against other buyers.
