About Vivien Sharon

  • Born in Toronto, Canada, I am a real estate broker based in the Yorkville neighborhood in Toronto. I have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation (CLHMS™), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®) and Lifestyle 55+ MASTER REALTOR® specializing in seniors real estate.

    I specialize in city condos and urban homes for first-time buyers, step-up families, and Boomers looking to downsize. I help empty nesters (55 plus) find solutions when they are ready to sell their large suburban home in Toronto/GTA and transition to a more urbane, chic lifestyle. I also assist in finding solutions for their aging parents. I speak French and some Italian and am happy to help my diverse and sophisticated clientele.

  • As a former co-owner of a Toronto-based property management company, I was instrumental in seeking new residential properties for the company to manage and oversee.

  • As a former member of the Board of Directors for a midtown high-rise condo, I had the role of representing the owners and being actively involved in important decision-making. My responsibilities included overseeing building maintenance, managing condo finances, supervising staff, and enforcing rules to keep the community running smoothly and in compliance.

  • As an experienced broker in Yorkville and Toronto/GTA, I have a lot of knowledge about buying and selling homes.
