Easy Granola Recipe For any Occasion
For Breakfast Or Topping For Any Meal
It is very easy to make this recipe at home. All you need are nuts, seeds, olive oil, pure maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix it all up and bake in the oven. You will have enough for more than one month. Enjoy.
Ingredients
2 cups raw walnuts
2 cups raw whole almonds
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup raw sesame seeds
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon (I add more)
¼ cup olive oil (approx.)
½ tsp coarse sea salt
½ cup pure maple syrup (approx.)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 or 3 baking sheets with parchment paper, or use aluminum pans.
In a large bowl, combine walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, oats, shredded coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Add olive oil and maple syrup to the mixture. Stir to combine.
Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheets or aluminum pans and bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through the baking time until golden.
Oven temperatures may vary, so be sure to keep a close eye on the granola so it doesn’t burn.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes without stirring if you like large clusters. If you like it fine, then stir immediately. Let cool for several hours.
Store in an air-tight container in your pantry or in the refrigerator. It will last at least 1 month.
